Books

Damaged, faulty or incorrect books

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is the wrong item, email team@orcalune.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the book and packaging. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Returns and cancellations

Because books are printed for each order, we don’t accept book returns for a change of mind. If you need to cancel or correct an order, email team@orcalune.com right away. We’ll try to help, but changes may not be possible once printing begins. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
